Run your take‑home

With AI, a strong candidate and a weak one can hand in take-homes that look almost the same. Run your take-home here and you see every query a candidate ran, and every result they looked at, on the way to their answer.

How it works

1. Send us your dataset and questions. We set them up as a private data exercise that only your team and the candidates you invite can open.
2. Invite each candidate by email. An invitation works only for the person you sent it to.
3. Pick the time limit. The clock starts when the candidate first connects, and at the deadline our server stops running their queries, so a three-hour take-home stays three hours.
4. Before the walkthrough, read their work: every SQL query, every Python run and its output, and their final answer. You will see which decisions to ask them to defend.

Candidates work the way they would on the job, with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another AI tool that connects over MCP. Your data stays on our server. They can query it read-only, a limited number of rows at a time, and cannot download it.
